AUTO & MARINE ENGINE TERMS N' POLICY |
1. The information on this site is provided to our best ability. We do not assume any responsibility for errors and or incorrect application.
2. Due to price fluctuations on parts and labor, prices are subject to change without prior notice.
3. All our engines and cylinder heads are inspected before delivery. However, damage may occur during shipping. We request that customers inspect all engines & cylinder heads upon delivery. We do not assume any responsibility for damage after inspection and signing by the purchaser at the time of delivery. Damaged or altered engines and cylinder heads will not be accepted. All returns shall be accompanied by the original receipt from us. All returns and cancellations are subject to a restocking fee, unless caused by our error or cancelled by the customer prior to the remanufacturing.
4. Please make damage claims directly to the carrier for orders shipped via common carrier.
6. All sales must be paid via credit cards, cashier checks or money orders before processing the order.
7. We do not warranty any labor cost incurred during installation, and shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damage arising from the use of any its parts.
8. By purchasing products from our site you are assuming all responsibility.
